Blue Skies Completes Hangar Build-Out Blue Skies Consulting, LLC, has completed the build-out of an office space inside its hangar at the Belen Alexander Airport. The two-story office is comprised of a conference room and kitchen facility on the ground floor and an employee work space on the second floor. The 10,000 square foot hangar also contains an aircraft maintenance facility and aircraft storage. For the past 5 years, Blue Skies has maintained two separate facilities for its office and aircraft, and is pleased to have consolidated its operations at a single site.
